How To Cook - Serves 2 - 4: Soak 3 cups of Wild Rice in 2 Litres of water, cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight. Before cooking, discard the soaking water, rinse the Wild Rice twice and strain thoroughly. Add 500ml of spring water to a pot, add the clean Wild Rice, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 10 sprigs of fresh thyme. Cover with a lid, cook for 30 mins on low/medium heat. Enjoy.
