urine retention, prostate problems, constipation, dermatitis, asthma, leprosy, syphilis and malaria. In Central America it is used as a uterine stimulant to speed up labor. Its roots and fruits are emollients

DIRECTION
Boil 1 Tablespoon of the herbs in 2 cups of spring water for 5 mins and leave it to simmer for 15 mins. Strain it and drink 2 cups per day. 1 cup when you rise. 1 cup before bed. Do not use it if pregnant or breastfeeding.
