How to use

Blend one cup of Heggs to one cup of water, and one teaspoon of sea salt until smooth. Add the blended Heggs to a preheated skillet (no oil needed). Cover with a lid and steam on a low/medium heat for 15 minutes. Once fluffy and all the water has evaporated, fluff with a fork and serve. This serves one person.
