Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and selected international destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free UK standard delivery on orders over £50.
Delivery times
- UK Standard: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- UK Express: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
- European Union: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
- Selected international: 7–21 working days from dispatch.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receipt. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, with tracking details where applicable, once your order leaves us.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be liable for import duties, customs charges or local taxes. These charges are not included in our delivery rates and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us via the Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend the order or issue a refund.
