Refund policy
Last updated: 21 May 2026
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, used, or where the hygiene seal has been broken — this applies to all herbal supplements, loose herbs, teas, powders, salves, soaps, deodorants and skincare products.
- Digital downloads, e-books or digital cook books once the download has begun.
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
- Consultations or services that have already been delivered.
Returning unopened goods
To cancel, contact us via the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.
Return the goods in their original, sealed and unused condition within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and we recommend a tracked service — goods lost in return transit cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition, we will refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the original order.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us via the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Books and merchandise
Physical books, brand merchandise, cookware and accessories may be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
