Mullein is a demulcent and has been used for tuberculosis for centuries. It is very effective for lymphatic congestion and removes mucus and toxins from the lungs. You will notice that it calms the central nervous system and relieves pain and soreness. It reduces inflammation and boosts your immune system greatly. It also clears the nasal passage and alleviates sinus issues. Correct high alkaline nutrition is to be considered whilst supplementing with Mullein.
HOW TO USE: Boil 2 cups of spring water and add 2-3 Tablespoons of Mullein. Allow it to steep for 15 mins. Strain it and drink twice a day.
